The Morning Retreat Show with Sello Nkosi, from Monday to Friday is show designed to uplift UB FM LIVE listeners, lifting their spirit to start the day with positive energy and refreshed minds. All that leads to having a productive day.  

Sphiwe Mbuyane well as know as Pibo was born in Themba Hospital in KaBokweni. She attended her primary school at Tsembaletfu Primary School and her high school at Hillaria Mthethwa Secondary School. She studied CIT Institutions. She fell in love with radio at a very young age. She started doing radio at KaNyamazane Community Radio as a news reader. She later joined UB FM LIVE as a news reader and performed other internal duties with the station.
